1. The machine utilizes the industrial computer,graphical human-computer interface and PLC to control.
2. Equipped with the high-efficient and energy-saving Servo control system, it can control the injection, the pressure and flow of mold opening/closing system accurately.
3. The mold plate is with the efficiency cooling water circulation device, which can cool the mold and mould the product quickly , it can perfect the product and increase the production.
4. Adopting the strengthening type C shape seat locking mechanism, the product is not prone to burr.
5. Automaticaided mould opening design to make operation more portable.
6. The machine is main for prefoam product and it is equipped with material suction, so it do not need human feeding.
